Our book-based discussions are fun, thought-provoking sessions that inspire. They're great as an add-on to an upcoming team offsite / working session, or as a standalone team building activity or brainstorming session.

To give you an idea of what you can expect, here's a sample agenda and objectives for our signature program: Leadership Essentials.

2-Hour Session: Big Ideas from 3 Leading Books This interactive, high-energy session focuses on core leadership principles from top business books. Leaders will explore actionable insights, challenge their current approaches, and take away practical strategies for immediate use. For even greater impact, consider adding a Smarter Momentum follow-up program to reinforce these concepts over time.

  1. Introduction & Goal Setting (15 minutes)
    • Briefly introduce the focus themes and objectives for leadership growth and team impact.
  2. Book Insights Presentation (30 minutes)

  3. Group Discussion & Reflection (30 minutes)

    • Leaders share one action they plan to apply with their teams.
