Our Story

Smarter Growth was born out of our love for books, belief in micro-learning, and desire to implement habits and tactics that drive truly meaningful outcomes. If we have had all the time in the world to read, we would, but we don't and neither do you.

This insight led to the creation of our free newsletter, Slightly Smarter, trusted by over 20,000 curious leaders to connect with essential ideas from top books in a few minutes a day.

While we love ideas, what we love even more is putting ideas into action. After all, we've spent our careers leading global businesses and advising many of the world’s most successful companies.

This love provides the foundation for Smarter Growth, where we’ve combined our proprietary method of extracting ideas with our deep expertise in business strategy, operations, and transformation.
