HOW WE USE NEWSLETTERS

Before a Session:

Ditch boring pre-read documents.

As a better alternative to pre-reads, we send a series of bite-size stimulus to inspire your teams and lay the foundation for your upcoming event. We include interactive polls or surveys to capture data and insights from participants, allowing us to tailor the session specifically for their needs.

After a Session:

Keep the momentum going.

How many times have you attended a great session, left it feeling inspired and motivated, but failed to put the learnings into action? You're not alone. Day-to-day duties can stall change.

That's why we use newsletters to maintain momentum. After a session, we review the session outputs, then design a series of emails that reinforce key messages, provide additional inspiration, and/or to ensure accountability on the agreed plan forward.

As a Standalone Program:

Infuse ongoing inspiration and learning.

While newsletters are a powerful complement to any session, they also work great as a standalone program. It's a great way to 1) reinforce leadership priorities (we curate similar messages, but in the words of famous authors or experts); 2) as a learning and development program; or 3) as a fun team-building or quality of life initiative.
